But the NSFW video model is much more limited than the others, as you can only generate 8 seconds at a time, there's no audio component, and you can't select a specific video quality. Given that these options are all available with the other models, it can be jarring to see how much is currently missing.

Character creation is relatively straightforward on Secrets AI. You start by selecting one of the two art styles, then make a series of appearance-based selections to shape them into the ideal companion. It's nice that many options let you enter a custom prompt if you don't like the presets. After selecting their tone of voice, you can add any additional appearance details.

Text and voice chat are robust as well. You can start a voice call at any time, or simply send messages back and forth. Much of the site's focus is on memory generation, so you can create custom personas, edit memories from past conversations, and share them among multiple characters. In-chat image and video generation is also available.

The characters do a pretty good job of staying true to their personalities. Sometimes they'll just reject what you're saying if it's too out of context, and there's also a spice meter depending on how racy you want to get. Most have multiple scenarios depending on what kind of roleplay you want to get into, and you can create your own.

Overall, the roleplay is excellent, giving you tons of flexibility and control. The same is true for the character creation. But it all comes at a premium. Just creating a character will run you around $1.50 in Moments (500 total). Editing their personality, making them public, or using higher-quality models also carry additional costs, some of which are locked behind the more expensive membership tier.

Secrets AI's Personalization and Features

There are a ton of ways to personalize your experience. I'd recommend you go to your profile settings ASAP and turn off the autoplaying videos, as loading character selection pages made my PC sluggish and unresponsive. You'll also find a number of default settings to change there for characters, notifications, and more. Additional settings are available for individual characters, too, including the site's appearance.

Multilingual support, friend referrals, and galleries are some of the additional features. There are also a ton of ways to find related characters, along with a dedicated mobile app. The Time Travel is neat, too, allowing you to revert a conversation to an earlier message or delete it entirely. Overall, there's a ton of functionality packed into a sleek (if performance-intensive) interface. You won't find ratings or comments, though.

Still, the biggest issue with the site is its pricing. I couldn't tell which features came with Premium and which required an Ultimate membership. And even the prices for specific features felt hard to parse, as video, image, and character generation change based on multiple factors. This could be a self-report, to be sure, but it's confusing enough that most users will probably waste more Moments than they mean to.

Do I Recommend Secrets AI?

Secrets AI offers an excellent AI platform with tons of customization, flexibility, and potential. It's easy to imagine it becoming a mainstay for power users and casual AI fans alike. Whether you want videos and images or a companion to remember every interaction, it's likely to satisfy you. However, all that functionality comes with a high and somewhat opaque cost, so if you're not willing to drop serious cash for your AI porn, it might be wise to stick with the trial until you have a firm grasp on things.
