This site HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN. When signing in they snuck a second $24.50 site onto my bill. They claim you have excessive bandwidth use due to someone figuring out your password (yet the third new passord they gavce me was eizier to decode than mine). In their support they ask you to give them your email for fast re-entry and then you get a message that tells you they don't recognize that email either because you are not a site member or it has expired. In my case since customer support wrote me twice through my email sign-in info they are not actually validating your email but it is a dummy message. My guess is they are having their own bandwidth problems. But it is pretty damned infurinating not to have access anytime you want 24 hours a day 7 days a week for the 30 day or one month period they told you - you would have access. One inside the site it is pretty well organized as mostly a model site with some non-solo movies.
