Seventeen Live doesn't initially look like your typical live cam site, and there are other aspects to it, but it is mainly a chat and live one-on-one site. So, let us check out that aspect and see what else it brings to the table. *Note: All models on this site are 18+.
There are several different sections that you can access through the top-page menu and I think the best way to start, if you are at all confused, is the "how it works" section. Here you will get a quick rundown of how to find the online babes, how to see them live and take them into private chat (it actually is pretty simple).
If you don't feel like reading that part, I can tell you that you should start on the homepage. That is where you can scroll through all the models and you will see the ones that are currently online at the top of the page. There were 120 models in all when I stopped in and 11 performers were online. Just click on one and you will be taken to their streaming live-webcam page. Now you can chat with them and see them on cam.
The babes are friendly and try to address every member who enters a chat room. I even had a private "whisper" conversation with one hottie, asking her what she did in private chat (she told me anything I wanted and she wasn't kidding). Some even have multiple camera angles to choose from and most have a sound option.
You can explore all of the models' profiles and see info about them as well as any photos and recorded shows they have made available (some don't have any). If you want to be extra generous, you can surprise her with a gift and each model has her own list of things she wants. From money to perfumes, makeup and champagne, you can really spoil her.
The babes are generally very hot and from what I could tell they are all Russian/Eastern European (the ones I chatted with seemed fluent in English and there was no communication issues when they were typing/talking to me). It should also be mentioned that the camera quality is HD and fantastic. The movement is perfectly fluid and the image couldn't be clearer. As for price, this is where things need to be made a little clearer.
Yes, there is a membership fee to join the site. And with that fee you have access to all the performers online 24/7. Unlike most cam sites, the chicks do look like they get naked and play in the public rooms (at least that appeared to be the case for the models that didn't have a private chat option).
However, there is an option that some have to take them private if you want more and want to be alone (don't be shy to ask them what you can get in private). Although, on average, the girls were asking $3.99/minute to go private. You can also turn on your cam and go cam2cam with them. I was also happy to see a credit countdown while I was in a private chat that allowed me to keep track of how many credits I was using.
As for the live part of Seventeen Live, it is expensive to have a membership fee and then a per-minute fee to go private on top of that. And while I was very impressed with the excellent cam quality, I was not impressed with the number of models available.

Nice looking girls
Been a member for two months now, and really like it so far. Love the concept that you can check out all the girls in the public rooms first, without having to pay an additional fee to your membership. Only after you find the girl that's right for you, you can take her private and get more intimate for the additional fee, but this is at your own choice offcourse.
Also, there is the option to buy 'gifts' for the girls. When you do so, the girls will sometimes do a full private show, but in a public room, so you don't have to worry about the higher minute rates of the private sections. Naturally other members can see your show too then, it is still a public room. On request -but often for a high price- the girls even put on lesbian shows where they play with each other.
The variety of girls is good to, blondes, brunettes, big tits or small, they're there. Although only a few girls are online at certain times, you can always ask your fav girl about what times she is on, so you can you see her again if you want to.
The only cons I've encountered so far, is that some girls are really just out there to get as much of your money ASAP. But you'll spot those easily when they directly ask you for the higher priced gifts. But this only goes for a minority of the girls, most are really patient and gentle.
Next to that, beware : highly addictive :)
