First of all, they are real live cams. I've done privates there and they do what you ask exactly (hard to do that with video). I think 'M' is refering to the lag time between the chat and video (it's about 20 seconds from when the chat appears to when you see the model actually type it). That is also it's biggest negative. It's hard to do a lot of interactive stuff with the time delay. Overall though, the models aren't bad, though they could use a few more attractive couples. And, a lot of them don't have mics either.
