Video Rookies Review

All those professional pornstars you see don't start out that way. They begin as newbies and work their way up the professional ranks. But, just like in sports, everyone starts off as a rookie.

Reading over my opening paragraph I feel like I've made it sound as if Video Rookies is home to big-time pornstars from before they were stars, but that isn't yet the case. I say "yet" because the amateur hotties I saw here aren't ones who have made a name for themselves in porn yet.

And looking at the content it doesn't appear as if many of these chicks plan on a career in porn - although many definitely could have one. You see, most of the videos are of the caught-on-tape variety. Girls at Mardi Gras and on Spring Break strip and flash their boobs and fool around.

I will say, though, that some of the vids I watched were much more planned strip-and-finger scenes - more amateur softcore porn than drunk amateurs in action. One reason for the thematic inconsistency would be the fact that the collection is nonexclusive.

There are currently 109 videos and navigating the site is simple. When you first sign in you will see a list of network sites along the right-hand side of the page. Just select the VideoRookies one and off you go. You can stream the movies in an embedded Flash player and download them as an HD MP4 files, so at least the quality is high. There are also 72 sets of pictures to go along with the videos.

That's pretty much it for the site. There aren't any search or filtering options and you can't leave comments or save the scenes to a favorites section. The films aren't dated, but the upcoming ones are and with that info I can tell you that they seem to be updating every four days. And don't forget about the 52 bonus sites, including the likes of Filmed Amateurs and Fucked Rookies.

The content is high in quality and updates get posted pretty frequently. If the nonexclusive content isn't a deal breaker for you then there is some value to be found on Video Rookies and its network of sites.
