After hunting around, I couldn't find anything, so I am not sure what they mean by that. In any case, if you need to contact support, submit a ticket and they'll get back to you within 24 hours. 

If you lost your password, there's a link to retrieve it via email easily. Canceling your membership via your biller is easy, too. Although they do warn you that cancellations must be submitted within 72 hours before a scheduled rebill, your membership will still be valid for the remaining time you have left in the billing period. The site has the option to submit a support request, but unfortunately, users have reported issues with them being unresponsive. You can reach out to our team though and we'll always respond.
