STAY AWAY FROM BADOINK. Purchased a membership. Made sure nothing was pre-checked. Checked my credit card and I have an additional fee. Contacted support they say it's an admin fee. This was outlined no where. They won't reverse the charge so now I have to deal with my credit card company. Again, STAY AWAY FROM BADOINK. They actively look to screw over customers. Word of Warning on Signup. I was a previous member. Tried to resign using the same e-mail address. The site asks for a new username and pass but is still linked to my old username. I have paid. It's been accepted but I have no access as the reset password states my old login name. I only realised this as the reset password has my old username. I have contacted web support and will update when I am. This is clearly a balls up and their site need sorting as this will be causing issues that are easily avioded. The site is great... when you can get in!

Just echoing what everyone else has said.I purchased the black friday deal, and as soon as I signed up my account said it had expired and required me to purchase again. Customer service is no where to be seen and any attempt to locate who my online biller was is met with nothing. Now I have to worry about continual charges as I look for a way to cancel my account.
