ZTOD has outstanding content, unfortunately the management of the site is near non existent. As other reviewers have pointed out there are numerous broken links, even to videos that are no more than a couple years old. If you see a photo gallery don't be fooled they haven't supported that function in several years and haven't had anyone take those thumbnails and links down. Many of the older title videos have become corrupted and there appears to be no one monitoring the quality of the downloads. This all is truly unfortunate as the studio has a brilliant catalog of talent and content anyone would love to have, if only you could access good copies of the product. I'd have to say, pass on this site until they get their shit together and start managing their site properly. I gave this site 3 stars on the merits of the content alone!

I don't have problems logging in; there's plenty of content. the billing -- epoch, so no prob. BUT THE SCENES are just terribly lit. The lighting in these videos is TERRIBLE. BangBros and Evil Angel are so fucking awesome I will just stick to them.

Unfortunately, I have to say that ZTOD (as well as Third Degree) are credibly near useless. They market using that you have access to "Bonus Sites"; however, ALL of the content of the bonus sites is already available on the ZTOD site. In other words, there ARE NO bonus sites with content DIFFERENT from what is already on the ZTOD site. In fact, all the content on the ZTOD site is also on the Third Degree site. Their support is dismally pathetic; usually you'll never get any response(s). There are MANY, MANY links that do not function, and when brought to their attention, NOTHING happens. The updates to the site also lag significantly from the release of scenes/DVDs from the associated studios. I've seen new releases take up to ONE YEAR to be posted to the site updates. Despite their claim of "Daily Updates Since 2006", there are often long gaps in updates and as of late, there have been NO UPDATES since 10/26/2019 (almost 6 weeks). It has become clear that "they" do not care one bit about their PAYING members (as well as potential ones) by not having the site functioning and up to date. Obviously, something is definitely happening with ZTOD/Third Degree. Thanks, but I'll spend my hard earned money at a reputable site!

Believe the reviews. My login has never worked a single time. Have emailed the company multiple times and have never received a response. Looks like will need to report as fraud to get refunded.

I purchased a 365-day subscription based on my past positive experiences with Zero Tolerance's DVDs...probably a mistake. Most of the older photo sets can't be accessed; any that can have to be downloaded one image at a time because there is no zip file functionality on the site. I also found several broken links, and the site doesn't use a secure connection. I sent several requests to their support email and never got a response. I finally sent a message to the "m" address shown on the most-recent news post (from 2016) and "Michael" responded, asked me to send him my issues and promised to share them with his team so they could be addressed as soon as possible. That was two months ago...and nothing has improved. On a positive note, there is some really good content on the site and downloads are pretty speedy (although most pages take way too long to load). Unfortunately, there haven't been any video updates since October 26 -- so I now fear the site's been completely abandoned. If there's a Rabbit's staff member who can find out what is/isn't going on with ZTOD I'd appreciate some information!

A lot of old stuff on here. I paid for a month via the offer on RR but have not been able to log in for over a week. Once you enter u/nae and p/word the page refreshes instantly before you can complete the 'captcha'. Have e-mailed 'support' twice but as with the review below they do not reply. Waste of money and time.

Has not let me login once. Contacted support and they haven't emailed me back.. its been a week! None of the other support options can help. This is BS. Never paying for porn again!

I recently signed up for ZTOD, through their sister site, Third movies, and neither site will allow you to login. Please help. When you click the members link in the home page it just refreshes the home page and does not allow you to login.

Got to give it a 2. Depending on the time of day, download speeds can be slow. Sometimes speeds are ok... but just OK. Lags behind other high end sites, for sure. You'll get a few good orgy scenes... but that's the only real shining star behind it. They tout 4k content, but it only downloads 1080p. Because of these two things (slow speeds and only 1080p downloads) I reached out to ZTOD's customer service for a refund... they have not answered my request and it's been over a week. The girls on the site are mostly from yester-year. I have to agree with Syracuse52... ALL the videos seem white washed, and the color is removed. So yes, it's high def - but make sure to look at the site before you buy. What you're seeing (white washed JPEG's of video stills) ARE what you're getting. All in all - I wish I wouldn't have signed up. I can't recommend this site. OH... and the advanced search is absolutely terrible. Doesn't work. No JPEG galleries.
