I'm not sure what the "neon" has to do with, but I guess you need to call a cam site something and Neon Cams is as good a name as any. What's really important is that the "cams" part of the name is accurate.
There are over 6,972 models on NeonCams and there were 196 online when I was there. The variety of women was really nice. The chicks are mostly European , but many of them speak enough English to know what you are typing.
The video quality on the cams is average, but the motion was pretty fluid on most of them. You can watch them in three different sizes, none of which go completely full screen. If you choose the largest size, you can chat with the models on the bottom part of the screen.
I had a nice chat with one of the gals before we got to the action. Normally, when reviewing a site I would just ask her to get naked right away, just to find out what I can expect. However, this chick was friendly enough that it seemed worthwhile to stop and have a little talk. Once I asked her to start with the show, she was raring to go. Of course, I can't comment on all the models, but all the gals I talked to were willing to get naked and do anything I asked of them.
So there you have it. Neon Cams is a well-priced site with average-quality cams and models that are hit and miss. However, like all live cam sites , you can join for free and do some free area chatting before deciding to drop down any cash.

The site is a crap. First of all the used software seems to be "cheap" and bugged: for ex I had two pvt with two different models one after the other and when I rated the second one my vote was linked instead to the first. Despite to the site's advertisements, the pvt = naked shows is mostly a fake: there's a huge percentage of non-nude models that just chit chat (and are not even able to keep a conversation) at 2.49 or more Eur per min... pure madness. The site would need some firm rules for the models. No wonder if the traffic is so poor.

Good selection of girls (100-400 online) and very helpful support. I have been enjoying this site for several months. Site speeds have been improved a lot too now :-)

Mr Rabbit, I think you need to revisit neoncams.com and update your review. I think the site has come on a hugh amount, considering it has only been online for just under 1 year. There are now over 2000 registered performers, with over 30 girls online at any given time with those numbers still increasing. The site now offers Video On Demand shows at very very good rates.
