Visit MI Bondage

At first, I had no idea what the MI stood for in the site name MI Bondage. After checking it out, however, I quickly learned that it's the abreviation for the State of Michigan. I also learned that it was just launched in December of 2008 and that instead of being a typical BDSM site with tons of content, it's more of a community-based environment for those living in or around the Great Lakes area.

Being so new, MIBondage doesn't have a lot going on at the moment. After logging in, you're brought to the homepage with a top menu leading to the various sections. There's a forum, chat, events calendar, gallery, reviews and classified. The forum and chat room are available to everyone, but you need a membership to access the rest. Don't worry, though. At the price they're asking, it's cheaper than a foot of rope!

For only being around a month, the forum has a good amount of users, but there are not a lot of new discussions going on. To access the chat room, you need to use the same login as the forum. The events calendar is blank and there are no classified ads at the moment. I'm hesitant to be too harsh about this, because it sometimes takes awhile for new sites to get off the ground. Only time will tell if people get more involved.

In terms of content, there are no videos. Instead, you get a mere 12 photo sets, but they all provide high-res imagesthat are very large and clear. The sets range from 18 pics up to 100 and each features a model in some sort of bondage scenario, although one titled "vanilla" has a chick playing with a dildo. She might be tied up on the couch, outside to a tree or in a studio setting. There are nine models in total.

The site promises weekly updates, but the last new addition was over two weeks ago. Supposedly, video content is coming this month. The content is only partially exclusive to the site. You don't get any extras with your membership, but, like I said, at this price who really cares? Unless you live in Michigan and are looking to join an online BDSM community, you probably won't be too interested in MI Bondage right now.
