Having visited Wacky Jugs, I feel that the sitename is somewhat misleading. There are 20 or so models to be seen and "wacky" isn't quite the word I would use to describe their tits. Words like colossal, enormous, gigantic, huge, mammoth, massive and titanic all seem much more appropriate, but I digress.
The women are mostly fat mature ladies who have boobs that are bigger than their heads - much bigger in fact. Despite being on a site called WackyJugs, they don't really do anything too crazy with their knockers.
