Evil On Demand is a video on demand site, on which all the content is produced by Evil Angel for its network of porn sites as well as the DVDs this well-known production house makes. The idea is that you can watch what you want when you want without being tied down to a standard monthly membership. You buy packages of minutes and then you can use them as quickly or as slowly as you like. Once purchased your time never expires. Sounds like a good plan, but let's talk about what you get.

As you might expect as it is a video site, there are no still pics, but there aren't really any vid caps either on EvilOnDemand either. You see the boxes for each of the current 757 DVDs and you can watch a preview video too, which will have some graphic images in it, so you really do know what you're getting into watching before you pay to play it. Slightly strange for me is the scene selection feature is built right into the player for the vids, so you can't pick a specific scene until the movie is rolling and your minutes are ticking away.

The current 3,785 full-length scenes play in streaming Flash format that has great stats, but look less impressive on screen though. Watching the videos is frustrating as the buffer for the footage fills to 100 percent and then quickly drops back down to almost zero before it starts to download more of the movie. In other words, the action is constantly pausing, while you wait for more of the scene to download. When the buffer is connecting to the site to replenish itself before playing more of the video, the counter on your minutes does seem to pause while you wait at least.

The variety of niches covered on the site works. If you like your porn to be a bit rougher and extremely hardcore, you should enjoy what comes from the various directors featured on this site. Nevertheless, it might be nice, if there were some alternative viewing options, such as downloadable video rentals, which potentially could offer better-looking playback than the choppy streams do. Despite, some red-hot content, Evil On Demand is not my first pick for a VOD site as the quality of its streams just doesn't satisfy me.
