According to what they tell us, TotalHentai is actually only providing members with movies straight from Japan, and ones that you won't be finding on every other toon site out there.

I am not a hentai expert, but I have reviewed my fair share of such sites and off the top of my head I didn't see anything that I immediately recognized from other sites. Total Hentai is also, supposedly, the only site in the world where you can find the "infamous 'Night Shift Nurses' series".

Besides the nurses, there are currently 42 full-length movies available, averaging about 20-minutes each. These are generally full stories and contain multiple adult scenes within the story. Some are in Japanese without subtitles, some have subtitles and I came across a few dubbed into English as well.

The movies can be streamed or downloaded in clips or you can just download the whole thing in one full-length, great-looking Windows Media file. Scenes also all come with a set of screen captures and they are supposed to be updating once a week.

There are no extras available, but the price point is lower than most other hentai sites. If they continue to update weekly and provide content that isn't prevalent on every other hentai site out there then Total Hentai will appeal to fans of this niche.
