The site seems to update several times a week.

The videos here are downloadable in quality Windows Media, and each clip seems to last around five minutes. I checked out the videos from the 'dose' area. These are clips from 2006-2007 that are clearly presented with a little write up and big preview. I counted 422 clips in all. Older vids are grouped by update and also category.
