GayPornAccess gives you 288 sites with various scenes sampled from DVDs. The sites are sorted into categories and given theme-appropriate names. All told, you'll find 1,808 movies to download. They're not all equally great, so you'll see from average to stellar-quality playback.
You can also stream them online in a couple of formats. I did find that a file conversion tool didn't seem to work, so it does lose a couple of points for navigation. I couldn't get it to convert the movies to iPod-compatible clips for example. You can also buy the DVD from which the scene comes from for an additional fee.
