Pretty complete site, but the download speeds are so slow that it renders the site useless (especially with these huge file sizes). Also encountered broken downloads after a lot of time... This is not what I pay for!
A lot of the videos do not work. They have some good videos, but the links to download them are dead and/or just don't work. Also, even though I cancelled my subscription so as to have only month of access, I had access to the site AFTER my subscription ended, which made me think that my credit card had been charged again. I contacted customer support about the issue. They NEVER contacted me but they did disable my user name and password from working. This made me mad. They NEVER contacted me about whether or not my credit card had been charged again or not. I then sent an angry message to them stating that they should have communicated to me about my credit card. Their customer support is VERY VERY rude! All they did was tell me that my message would be sent to the 'feds.' VERY rude customer support who doesn't even respond to their own customers.

I gave then a 40, because I give an extra 30 points for no DRM.

I liked the movies, and the download speed was okay, but like the rest, I found it impossible to burn to a DVD.
A lot of the video clips cannot be downloaded, and when customer support were contacted regarding this matter, the only thing they could say was the video was "broken" but did say if and the problem would be fixed. DRM has not been removed from all clips either.

Well, what can I say – my first day of being a fully paid member and already I want my money back! Sure the content is amazing, I have come by copies of the HD ZTOD films before and can vouch for the quality, but as a member now, I cannot vouch for it as I can’t download them! Selecting a couple of 1080p films I started off a single download, only to be shown an estimated completion time of 8-9 hours!!! Now, I’m not on a slow connection, it seems as if this site doesn’t have the infrastructure to back-up the service promised. Anyway, I decided to add the remaining files and let them download over night – guess what, they ran for 7-8 hours before failing (again, nothing to do with my connection – from experience it’s usually some log off from the site). Don’t be fooled by the shiny appearance and A1 content, this site has rubbish backup, meaning you’ll have to be a paid up member for years to obtain some of the HD content!
Now they've got rid of the DRM, this has finally overcome the last hurdle in becoming one of the very best straight hardcore sites around. Stunning girls, excellent quality video and the recent addition of HD movies has really helped ZTOD raise its game. If you only join one porn site, I'd make it videobox. But if you fancy dabbling with a second, you'd be hard pressed to do better than this.

Plus you get two extra sites with tons more content. Download speeds work great for me. As stated in Rabbits review, there is no download cap either - D/L all you want! DRM is not an issue, I've confirmed that with ZT. If you do have issues with any of the videos, simply email them and someone will send you a fix - promptly! I only have a few complaints with the site. A couple videos didn't have a d/l link for any of the scenes. They don't update as much as other movie sites - but hey, they can only update when they produce new movies. And lastly, some of the videos can only be viewed with WMP. The videos that are shown in WMP, don't give you the option to FWD through the scene - kind of annoying. My final thoughts? Joining this site is a no brainer if you enjoy the content ZT puts out. For 29.95 - one month membership - you get every DVD these guys have ever released. If you were to head out to your local porn shop, one movie alone could cost you the price of a one month membership. 95/100

Not true on DRM. They still use DRM on many favorite good videos, but not all videos. Additionally, what I dislike is the abuse of the girls in many of the videos. Also download speed is at times very low. Can t really recommend it. There are better sites out there.
ZTOD no longer has the DRM...no problem with download speeds. Excellant site and combined with 3rd Movies. I highly recommend.
Horrible site. Good quality but you can only watch the videos WHILE YOU ARE APYING MEMBER. Bad support and get used to putting your password in tons of times.. It always asks. IF you could keep the videos I would give 100... but its a rip off... Better sites out there.... Do not waste your money for stuff you can not keep..... Move on Brotha.....
