I submitted to this after reading your review and a Bloomberg article about the site. For three weeks I could not access any live or archived video - customer service told me that the site is under restoration and kept offering me other site the company runs. I ve waited for two weeks and nothing changed. I went back to customer service and was told there s no problem, I m accessing it right now , you still have problem? well, how about trying another site for free? I ve cancelled my membership out of frustration.
BEWARE,this is a complete waste of money.Only 6 of 13 live feeds are working,and then it s a struggle to get connected.Many of the periphial videos and archived stuff is HTTP 404.Support said that it had been undergoing maintainance.When I last contacted support with a comprehensive list of the problems still ongoing(05/04/07) they sent apologies but said they no longer support this site.
