Taking toon hardcore to a much higher level is Hentai Movie Archive. It seems as if the first time around in our initial review there was possibly some rather heavy-handed estimation of what content can be found on the site. As despite appearing to be updating, there are fewer scenes by my count than were listed previously.

How frequently new content is added, is a bit of a mystery, since no dates are provided. Comparison to an outside review shows a similar discrepancy in numbers, so perhaps as new stuff is added, older content is removed. Besides that, HentaiMovieArchive contains a strange warning on its outside homepage before you join stating that if you don't own the original VHS tapes, or DVDs, downloading anything from the site is illegal.

Since the scenes cannot be streamed, one doesn't have any choice, but to download the files. Once you're a monthly member inside the site, there are no such ominous cautionary messages, which would completely defeat the purpose of joining, if there were. I would also mention that following the sign in, the site banner changes to read Hentai Video World. You navigate alphabetically and after going letter-by-letter, I only counted 131 movie titles.

Nevertheless, some offer two or three scenes, but I still only figure that there are about 200 full-length scenes and that's being generous. Be prepared to wait awhile for your file downloads to complete, even if your high-speed connection is usually fast, since the movie files are rather large. They offer good-looking playback in XviD format.

Overall, despite not having exact details available regarding updates and no bonus sites offered, but only upsells to other sites on the same network, you get a large amount of worthwhile content here. Since, Hentai Movie Archive offers loads of good-quality vids, its competitively priced membership seems more than fair.
