I assumed with the dyslexic phrasing of the sitename that SkirtsUpGirls was a site from Eastern Europe or at least somewhere where English wasn't the first language. As it turns out, it is from the home of the English language, England.
What we have here are very sexy British babes teasing and pleasing us with glimpses up their skirts at their pretty knickers. While some scenes have some really bad instrumental music playing, most of the ones I checked out were shot in a POV style where the girl talked to us and teased us with her words and actions.
These chicks with their sexy accents ask us what we want to see and then they show us. Some are more shy than others and it takes a little coaxing before the skirt gets lifted or they allow a fan to blow it up and reveal some panties.
There are 204 videos so far and each one comes with the option to stream or download. Th eolder ones are available as MPEGs and the newer ones are available as Windows Media files. The site calls the movies high-def, but they don't quite meet our standards for HD video. The MPEGs still look good though and the Windows Media files offer great-quality playback. Unfortunately, there are no photos to go along with the films.
The site looks good and is easy to navigate with links to all the sections at the top of the page, a model directory and a search box for you to narrow the field by keyword. The content is also updating two times a week. This is good because the videos are generally really short, running only about a minute or two.
