When it comes to beautiful women, photos and videos and adult-related news, this mag has always been on top of their game. So you would hope that their top-notch standards applied to Playboy Plus. Well, the site has a brand new design and the collection now includes content from smaller Playboy sites, so let's see what's going on.
You'll see the latest updates when you sign in. You'll notice that there are two top menu bars: one black and one gray. The "PlayboyPlus" tab was already clicked on the gray bar when I arrived on the homepage and the sections were listed underneath. You could head to the videos or galleries, check out the models, or explore DVDs, TV shows and live girls. Those last three things are going to cost extra, though.
I wanted to see some naked, smooth flesh in action, so I went straight for the videos. You can click the "videos" link and get all the movies, or if you hover over it you can choose between celebrities, amateurs, coeds, playmates, international and cybergirls. It looks like movies are being added daily and sometimes you'll get more than one.
Once you're in the movie section, you can see what's being viewed at the moment, sort the material by latest and most popular and also use tags like "blonde," "sexy butt" and "girl on girl" to filter the results. I counted 4,043 videos and you can choose from several MP4 formats. The best is a full-length high-def MP4. Streaming in Flash is also an option.
The material here is much of what you'll find in the actual magazine. There is no hardcore sex or penetration with toys. The beauties are showing off their gorgeous bodies in very seductive ways. Girl-on-girl scenes are shown, but they keep it soft and tease each other's breasts and caress each other's tight bods. Don't expect any heavy petting or pussy licking.
The 6,347 photo sets already look Playboy-caliber online and you can download them in Zip files and also view them in a slideshow. The same features from the video section apply to the galleries, so you can narrow down your search with tags and the same model categories. The girls are polished and the shoots are professionally done.
I perused the celebrity photo section and got to ogle Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia from "Buffy The Vampire Slayer,") Stacy Dash of "Clueless" fame, and also Bo Derek, Jenny McCarthy, Kim Kardashian and a younger Melanie Griffith and LaToya Jackson. The site's archives are impressive. They have sets posted from 1969 and 1970.
Now I'll talk about that black menu bar on the homepage. The video and photo galleries appear to give you the same content as the main collection, but the "playground" tab will give you articles, interviews, lifestyle advice columns, sports, entertainment news and online games. There's also a link to the store to buy Playboy merchandise.
Some of our users have remarked that Playboy has somewhat missed the mark with this site, but I urge them to give the new Playboy Plus a shot now. Their navigation and design look a lot better and you can't beat the quality or quantity.

Since the demise of the Cyber Club and the new Playboy Plus the whole thing has gone way, way downhill. Very diminished content, even worse navigation than before. I won't be renewing. Terrible waste of money.
Stay away, the site had new "managers" as of March 2012, and is truely dire. Have been a member for 2 years but will not be renewing. The PGN site is now not updated, and the main cyberclub has sparodic updates with very dull shoots. Was a happy member, but it really has now turned into a waste of time and money. RIP
I really love playboy's content, but this site is garbage - it wouldn't last 3 months if it didn't have playboy's name attached to it. Aside from what customer2 said below about making it hard to cancel (do *you* want to talk to someone on the phone about your porn subscription? They know you don't), the content is hard to access, sets are small and the interface of the site is inconsistent. There's no support beyond the FAQs without calling. You can look on the forums, but to even read posts you have to register. Then you find out that it's 'member-powered' support, which translates to 'figure it out yourself'.
Zip files aren't available for some things, and those you can download have convoluted internal folder-in-folder structure rather than just pictures. In the help-description for the picture viewer, they talk about how you can still download your favorite *photos*, as if it were 1997 still. They act like they're doing you some huge favor by letting you download anything - the FAQ says "this is not a practice we encourage or can help facilitate for our members." Is there any decent site that doesn't?
Like I said, the content itself is great, but it's hard to get at and there's not that much of it. Until Hef reconciles himself to this whole 'internet' thing and makes a site that's more than a crappy version of the magazine, I'd advise you find another site. The 89/100 score is ridiculous.
For such a recognizable company, this site is a joke. Their website has an error where if you open various billing options in multi web browser tabs, you will be billed for the option that was opened in the most recent tab, regardless of which option you use to sign up for. I followed all the instructions to sign up for a $2 trial and got billed for a $54 full year's subscription. The only way to cancel is to call customer service. The representative was rude and surely, and completely uninterested in the problem. Avoid this site. Other sites such as Met-Art are way, way better anyway.
the site is very boring. The picture sets are like 15 pictures. The girls do nothing in the videos. waste of money i should of went with hustler. Its basically the magazine with videos. NO sex , some pic sets are not nude.just signed up and Im bored with this already and the site navigation is horrible.
Cheap annual rate (60$). good quality and quantity. I didn't notice the update problems that Bob experienced. Always weekly updates
I am A Member was a good site however lately The updates or months behind ( April when its now november ) Tried contacting them but no reply . I am ready to cancel my membership if It doesn't get updated. I would rate it at () if upgrades were more regular, However I can only give it a 60 Now
