I wasn't sure what to expect on Special Exercises, although I had a feeling that punishment of some kind would be involved. What can I say, except that working out is a form of torture at times. All joshing aside, this is a BDSM site with a twist.

On SpecialExercises the theme here is generally a hot nubile babe or a group of women being forcefully guided through a physical activity. There is definitely a dominant figure in each scene, whether it is the personal trainer or dance instructor. The dominant figure is usually a woman.

I should say right off the top that although most scenes involve the sub stripping completely naked, I did not see hardcore action. The design is not mind-blowing, but the site is user-friendly enough to find the content. You can rate episodes and even post comments, which is always fun.

There are 172 videos so far and a new one is added every eight days or so. The newer ones offer stellar-quality playback and are available for download as Windows Media files. The older flicks are available in the same format, but aren't quite as impressive. The files aren't huge, so if your connection is fast you should be fine.

There are 114 sets of pictures too and the number of pics per set really varies. Most galleries have about 70 or so high-res pics. They are really just a supplement to the vids and despite their quality they really didn't give me the same BDSM vibe as the videos.

There is variety here, as I saw fitness-training scenes, a dance class and even secretary punishment. The ladies are all hot amateurs, though it is disappointing that there are no subtitles (the site is from Russia). Being able to understand those barked commands would have made for a better experience.

I watched a very bossy and pushy dance teacher force her hot student through a variety of stretches and steps before stripping her naked and making her go through some more stretches. There is no question that this dance teacher is in total control and she barks commands like an army lieutenant. The dominant figure remains fully clothed.

Special Exercises is a very original idea for a BDSM site and is done well. With a decent amount of high-quality material, the website is worth a look.
