I joined and the site was good. But when I tried the cancel I found that doing it by email only generates emails with Ticket # but no cancellation. I was charged for a second month I didn't want. I emailed a total of eight times and spoke on the phone to two different people. You must call if you want to cancel. The second man I spoke to was not pleasant.
