Having reviewed many webcam sites, I have come to appreciate the pleasure one can get from watching a hot babe live on cam doing whatever you tell her. A video is great, but to have that chick interacting with you as she strips in real time is that much closer to having them in the room with you.
That being the case, there are three important points to look at when reviewing a live cam site like Webcams: the number of models, the cam quality and the price. And I can start off by mentioning that the site looks great and navigation is simple.
As for the number of chicks available, Webcams does very well. There are over 46,900 models on the site and I've seen 558 models online at one time. Most of them were solo, but I counted at least 50 straight and lesbian couples, as well as some guys and trannies. There is also a premium section with over 100 Flash vids and around 400 photo galleries, but you'll have to pay more to view them.
From the "who's online" section, I checked out a lot of the models (hey, it's my job) and the interface is nice and easy, although I found that the cams look average overall. However, there are some girls with HD cams and those look great. There were over 70 HD babes online when I was there, so that is with who I spent most of my time. They need to have more of them!
I was happy to find that most of the models I connected with were more than willing to get to the good stuff right away without lots of needless chatting if I didn't want it. This meant more bang for my buck. You can make the cam window bigger if you want and many of the models have a microphone that allows you to hear them rather than have them just type. This is great, but if they are listening to loud music, be preparted to hit the mute button fast (there is no volume control other than on/off).
Speaking of the buck, as a member you can purchase up to $99 worth of time in $25 increments. The per-minute price is usually $2.99 and this is about average for cam sites. It isn't cheap, but it isn't overly expensive either. Also, there is a nice session timer that allows you to keep track of how much you are spending while you are in private time with the babe of your choice.
Given the amount of models online at any given time on Webcams, you should have no problem finding babes who interest you. There are also some good search and filter functions that will help you narrow things down. You have a cam2cam option and there are bios with some free photos and info.
Of course, more HD cams would be great, but there are enough that you shouldn't have a hard time finding babes who fit your bill and also have HD cams. And it is free to sign up and look around, so there is really no reason not to check it out.

I liked Webcams long time ago and is was for me the best side, but...things have changed.
The say it is free, but it never was... as week they charge you 1$/1€ and they say it is for checking if the credit car is valid. Even spent a lot $ there! I had a problem with a false booking and I called them... ending up with finding my account canceled. That happen also when my card expired. What happen then.. you loose all you internal mails and contacts/favs. I don't liked the support there...as they never looked at how much money I spent with them. I was checking the models now again and the quality and quantity has dropped. For me this side is getting worse and is not what is was before!

Most models don't speak english very good (most of the Webcams) are fairly bad quality and do lag even on a good connection and alot of the models try scamming you into sending money directly Although there are a Few Gems on there you just have to look for the right model thats not just going to rip you off
Navigation is great, models are sexy and friendly. Cam quality on some models isnt great but some others are fantastic. Better value than most cam sites by far
Be careful with some of the models there. Model lubiana will try classic western union scam. Sick parent and needs money urgent.. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY DIRECTLY TO MODELS.
