One was the amount of content and the second was the quality of the content.

The pictures look good, I mean they probably could be better, but the quality is definitely better than average and perfectly acceptable. The videos however are a different story all together. First off, they can only be watched streaming on the site and are not downloadable. What is worse is that although the streaming quality is decent enough Windows Media (512x384, 641kbps); I had major problems when trying to watch many of the scenes. Some clips played from start to finish no problem, while others would quit after a short while or start and stop throughout the whole thing.

Updates aren't as often as one would hope, but that's only because My Horny Doctors is part of a network of 11 sites that are all being updated regularly so this one has to wait its turn.
