We'll start with the pictures, over 160 sets in all. The most pornographic content was to be found under Short Story Pictures and Casting Coach Pictures. Many of the short stories were literally setup like a virtual book with pages of text and photos. It was possible also to watch some of these tawdry tales as streaming videos too, sometimes acting out the story and other times showing a more behind-the-scenes, making-of-the-video sort of montage. The 57 sets of images were regular resolution. The same can be said of the Casting Couch section, where amateurs try out to star in porn with Ms. Cox. Standard framed shots feature mostly hardcore with a few lesbian scenes thrown in filled about 84 sets. There are photos under Special Events about 7 gangbang sets and 16 private party sets. These are live events featuring Carol and her girlfriends doing real-life amateur men and women, all the gangbangs came with streaming videos, while only a couple of the parties had streaming action attached.
The video section contained links to all the previously mentioned areas with streaming videos. The Short Stories section did allow clips to be downloaded in QuickTime (320x240, 538kbps) but the Windows Media format was only for streaming. About 75 percent of the Casting Couch sessions came with multiple speed options for a streaming version (that I couldn't get to work) and a downloadable clip in lower quality Windows Media format (320x240, 239kbps). As far as downloadable content on CarolCox.com, there are at least 110 clips. I was a bit disappointed since so much more was offered in streaming format or the same content was better quality in the streaming format.
Once simplified the content doesn't seem quite so enormous. However, there are still lots of extras including video/picture feeds with over 2100 clips and well over 7000 pictures. You also can use your membership to access an additional 59 full-access sites sharing the Wild Rose Network, although I found navigation off the main site was a bit more confusing than to what I am accustomed. There are forums, jokes, text-only stories, comics and live cam links. The monthly membership fee is very reasonable, so despite the streaming versus downloadable video issue, the site overall still represents a fun voyage into voyeurism with real amateur men and women starring with the more mature and experienced Carol Cox.
