While I didn't watch every single video, the ones I did watch were in Full HD, though the bad news is that they're streaming-only. Also, while they all come with screenshots, some also come with a picture set (the sets include all the images from all the scenes in the DVD from which the scene comes). There's no photo section so figuring out the total number of sets is a bit of a guessing game – I'm going to guess 1000 galleries.

As for the site itself, the design is clean and easy to navigate with lots of categories and various filters. Some of the scenes have tags, others don't. The model index provides very basic stats and links to their scenes. You can also, of course, "shop strokers" and get yourself one.

In the end, Pornstar Stroker is a big streaming-only collection of varied nonexclusive porn to which they add about 4-5 scenes every four days. It's fun to browse, but obviously doesn't stand out from the crowd.
