Swhores Review

When I read the sitename Swhores, it made me think of S'mores - the sweet treat with chocolate and marshmallow crammed between two graham crackers. Since often the marshmallows are toasted over a campfire, I was expecting some sort of camping theme with cute teens in pigtails. In the end, it's a contraction of "street whores" and the subject matter is on the grittier side of reality.

Don't panic, because things don't get too gritty. Even if the premise of Swhores involves a man picking up working girls for sex, the women look more like high-priced call girls than they do your stereotypical down-on-their-luck streetwalkers. Also, they're not really picked up on the mean streets or dark alleyways. The action takes place along a secluded road with houses in the distance.

As pleasant as the scenery is and as lovely as these ladies of the night are (all the scenes take place in broad daylight), each of the 14 videos tries to inject some reality into the scenario. The dialogue is in accented English and the guy negotiates his price with each girl, making it clear that he expects the encounter to be bareback. The POV camerawork is jerky and often during the penetration it's obvious he's put the camera down to really go to town.

The combination of the camera being handheld and it being placed in one spot with the shot going in and out of focus means that even when choosing the highest resolution, the Full HD footage lacks professional polish. However, it's still decent and if you need a break from the shakiness and/or blurriness, you can always check out the 14 photo galleries. They've got high-res images and you can download them in Zip files.

You have the option of creating a customized clip from the full-length footage. Below the video player is a sliding bar that allow you select a starting and stopping point. You can save your edited version, but they removed the section with other user-generated clips. You've got comments and ratings, sorting options and tags, the ability to save your favorites (hardly vital for a site this small) and a basic search engine.

As far as bonuses are concerned, you have a section called "network videos" where you'll literally find thousands of videos to stream from a variety of other sites, like Jim Slip, Submissed.com and Daring Sex. You can filter by individual site or browse all the scenes together. It's worth mentioning that the playback is often high, with many in Full HD.

As much as the bonuses add value, the real issue at the moment is that Swhores is too small to recommend. What's more of a concern is that the last update was more than 10 months ago. You usually expect a collection so small to grow at a decent rate until it's reached a better size.
