Pros and Cons
- immersive 360° live cam experience
- compatible with multiple headsets
- standard per-minute price
- not a lot of cam models
- no timer countdown
- sometimes hard to find girls online
Personally, I love live cam sites and I love VR sites. So, when you put the two together, it has to end up being a winning combination, right? Peep 360 is one such site attempting to blend those two worlds of porn by providing you with an immersive cam site to be used with your VR device. I wanted to like it, but was left disappointed.
First, I need to be upfront about the fact that my entire review is based on one interaction with a cam girl, simply because she was the only one I had the chance to spend some time with. I first started by entering the site on my desktop and was delighted to find out that I could enter chat rooms without a VR device. You can treat this site like any other live cam site and still chat with girls and go private. Of course, the whole point is to get an immersive experience and that's where your headset comes in.
I spoke for a bit with one performer in free chat before I went private. I was treated to an impressive 360-degree view of her room as she sat on her couch, talked, got naked, rubbed her tits and played with her pussy at the cost of three tokens per minute, which roughly comes to about $2/minute. A relatively standard price for a cam site. I can't speak for all the models here, but this particular one was incredibly responsive and willing to do what I asked. The site is compatible with most of the main devices on the market such as the Cardboard, Gear VR, Oculus and Vive.
Sadly, that's as far as the good stuff goes. The biggest issue with Peep360 is the fact that there are only 13 performers on the site. So you don't get much variety. But the real problem lies with the fact that it may be difficult to catch a girl online. It took me three days of constant checking to finally find some and even then I was only able to interact with two of them.
None of the girls have a bio or free photos or videos and you can't send them messages or emails outside of the regular live room chat. When you're in a private session, you have no timer to indicate how long you've been in there. If you aren't careful, you can end up burning through your credits without even realizing it.
When using your device, there are two main views, theater (mainly just a screen in front of you) and the 360-degree VR view. You can only chat in theater mode, meaning you'll have to keep switching views if you want to chat with the model and ask her to perform different acts for you. It's not very user-friendly.
It's truly a shame giving Peep 360 such a low score because I did have a very good time with that one model. But that's precisely the issue. I had fun with one model in three days of trying to find girls to interact with. Live cam VR is still relatively new and hopefully the site will grow and improve in the near future, but for right now, I just can't give it a recommendation until that happens.
