The word urban is used to refer to black culture in the U.S. Some people are okay with that, while others don't understand needing some kind of euphemism for anything related to people of color. At any rate, it seems the sitename New York Twinks might have been inspired by this special usage of urban. After all, NYC is very big city and a very urbanized area.

After all, urban, according to Merriam-Webster, means "of, relating to, characteristic of, or constituting a city" and NYC definitely ticks all those checkboxes. But I wouldn't count on all the ebony hunks on NewYorkTwinks actually being New Yorkers. You can, however, count on them all being beautiful, hard-bodied guys with massive dicks regardless of their hometowns.

Actually, speaking of their impressive physiques, I wouldn't describe all these studs as twinks.
