While the overall network is good, its main focus is on mature content and this particular bondage site doesn't update. If it weren't for the bonus sites, this would be a rip-off.

You'll have to make due with 365 sets of pictures. There is some content that looks to be from other sites. A lot of the bondage scenes are quite unique though, and you get about 100 excellent-quality pictures in a set, all of which are downloadable and many of which are high-res as well. You will find what looks like 17 videos that you can download in clips from the movie section. However, looking a little more closely you will notice that there are only four scenes and they are just split up into parts that total 17. These feature amateur babes all tied up outdoors with nowhere to go. The vids I checked out were average quality.

If Siberian Bondage was the only site you were getting with your membership, then it would be hard to justify.
