Pros and Cons
- large amount of content
- interactive flash animation
- regular updates
Perhaps, both laughter and porn can be the best medicine. I suppose it depends on whether you're blue, just suffer from blue balls or have a mix of the two maladies. At Hot Porn Comics, you definitely will get a healthy dose of both at once, among of course more serious illustrated tales of hardcore action. The site has seven different categories of content with completely inconsistent numbers across the board as far as the amount contained within each. Some areas have grown since our initial review, while some have not.
All together, there are 1,900 galleries. I'll start with smaller sections first. There are only five 3D comics, which is the same as we found the first time around. The Hentai section also has five sets of pics, while 3D art contains just one gallery. My one complaint would be that some of the images weren't very large, which made it difficult sometimes to read the texts. Nevertheless, I still got a chuckle or two out of what reading I strained to do. The remaining areas were more replete with content.
The smallest of the four sections, cartoons, has sets of drawings, some funny but others more like "pop art" porn with nifty stylized lines and sexy forms. The animation section has grown so that it's including Flash animations, many of which are interactive. The second largest collection is found under Manga, where you'll enjoy sets that are very traditionally Japanese in style while many others definitely having a more Americanized feel in character. The largest area of the site has a whopping 1,162 comics to offer.
Unlike many dirty comic sites, this one has no bonuses or extras, either from third-party sites offering other comics or even network sites featuring live action smut. Hot Porn Comics is designed for anyone who appreciates the genre on its own without any extras, but with updates several times weekly. There certainly is enough cartoon content overall to keep one busy for quite awhile. The membership fee is a full standard charge, so it's better suited to a true connoisseur than merely someone's whim.
