Penis Palooza used to claim that it was the biggest and only 100% gay party site. It now reads that it's the first all-gay party site. Why the change? Well, probably because they haven't added any new scenes in a long time, so they're not all that big now and most likely won't be getting any bigger (according to the dates on the site, they haven't added anything new since 2008).

The 30 movies on PenisPalooza are only downloadable as five-minute clips. Nevertheless, you can save them as Windows Media, Flash and MPEG files. The Flash files also offer a streaming option should you prefer to watch the movies online. The video quality varies, but in general you are looking at average-quality playback for both the download and streaming options.

The frames are small and the quality is webcam-like, which is slightly disappointing. If I wanted that kind of "real experience" I could find it for less in a sauna downtown. Once you ask me to pay a standard monthly fee to spy on hunky guys getting down with each other, I expect to get a clear view of the action.
