StrictlyBroadband.com is a pay-per-view site with a bit of a twist. Rather then paying for each scene you download, members use their tickets to get full DVD movies (with multiple scenes in each) and watch them streaming as many times as they want over a certain amount of time. With one ticket you get them for a week, and two tickets gets you the movie for a year. The cheapest ticket is gonna cost you about $10, so it isn't cheap. However, the quality is good and you do get multiple scenes.
