At the top of the page, you'll find a picture and movie section link. Head off into the picture section first to be overwhelmed by the 1650 galleries available. The quality of the pictures is good, the sets range from mostly solo stuff to hardcore sucking and fucking. Moving into the movie section will again find you face to face with more content then you'll know what to do with. There are 1440 videos available so far, each of them is downloadable in Windows Media format. I checked out a few and the quality ranged from average to good. The photos are all at or around high-res.

Although this is already enough content to keep you busy for a long time, the site also features 38 other categories, each with their own set of photos and movies. In case you were curious, in all there are over 800 000 photo shoots and 7900 movies. There's also a bonus section with about 70 or so streaming video sites available. Therefore, although I would really like to see better quality videos, the amount of content is very impressive.
