Visit Foul Fowl

The irony of the "reality" porn genre is that most of it is anything but real. Well, ya the fucking is real, but the drive-by-street-pick-up is all a big setup. However, over the last few years I have started to come across a type of site that to me is what the term "reality porn" should be used for. Foul Fowl is one such site. I like to call it docu-porn.

The man behind FoulFowl is JohnJuan and for him it all began back in 2001 when he decided to take pictures of hookers and put them in a book with a write-up of his experiences with the chick. This obviously grew and developed into the site we have here, but the goal of photographing and filming and fucking prostitutes is still the heart of what he does.

To be honest, the only complaint I have about the site is the design. It looks like it was designed in 2001. While getting to the videos and photos is easy, once in each section you are going to be doing a lot of link clicking.

For the videos it isn't as bad because at least each link is a scene title and once on the scene's page, you get a few pics, a great write-up and a download option. For the pictures, however, it is a different story. Links are associated with various months and when on that month's page there is no standard design in order to just see all the photo sets. Basically, you are going to have to scroll down the page looking at pics and reading long descriptions.

That also made counting almost impossible. So, while I can tell you there are 204 videos, I'm gonna say 300 photo sets, but I could be off there. Also, some sets have only one or two pictures, while others have 20-30. Updating doesn't seem to have a real schedule, but an average of every week and a half seems about right.

Generally the pics are clear, while the video quality is variable. However, I was pleased to see that all the ones I checked out were very watchable – even though bit rate-wise they ranged from average to excellent.

What will draw you to this site is the realness of it all. You are taken into the streets and the backseats with JohnJuan. Also, his write-ups are in-depth and interesting and he keeps everyone informed as to what is going on in his life and his thoughts about the site and people around him. The women aren't actors – and many of them are really not very attractive either.

A better looking site is needed, but besides that Foul Fowl will certainly please anyone looking for the docu-porn style and content that the site is providing.
