Club August Review

My favorite season, without a doubt, is summer. Not just because the weather's warm, the water's cool and the chicks are wearing very little. It's also because those months seem to lend their names to some of the hottest pornstars around. Take the star of Club August for example. With her banging bod and raunchy skills, you'll be thinking warm thoughts even after her namesake month has come to an end.

Unfortunately, well the babe might be memorable, her site is pretty average. ClubAugust stars one sexy porn babe named August who you might recognize from many of the porn movies you've watched over the last few years. She is a sexy, talented performer, so the low quality of the site is not her fault.

Where the site fails is that it doesn't really make any kind of effort to expose us to August beyond the content. There is no bio, no personal contact between her and her fans and most of the 49 movies and 183 photo sets are nonexclusive. Some of the pics might be unique to the site though, although the video collection certainly is not. Also, there is a webcam section, but these are just links to cam pages and not August doing private member shows.

There is some good news and it comes from the quality. You can watch these flicks in a great-quality Windows Media format. Unfortunately, the movies are not downloadable, which is another negative. Also, they haven't added a new video in about 10 months, although it's only been about five months since the last set of new pics.

Considering that you can't download the flicks and the updates are pretty slow, it's hard to justify the membership fee based on this site alone. However, throw in all the other pornstar sites and it might be something you would consider. You get access to Club Alektra Blue, Club Amy Ried, Ginger Lynn and Eva Angelina XXX to name a few. Most of these sites are similar to August's in quality and setup though.

Club August has a worthy star as its selling point, but with extremely slow updating and now downloadable vids, it's not really worth it. There's just not enough smut here for it to feel like it's August all year round.
