Pros and Cons
- many online models to choose from
- reasonable per-minute price
- nice site design
- mostly average-quality cams
- bonus videos cost extra
When it came time to check out X Love Cam, this is what I saw: a great-looking cam site. It isn't much different from most cam sites, but it has a really nice feel and flow to it because of the Flash design.
When you roll over images on XLoveCam they pop out a little larger and thumbnails flow across the screen and rearrange themselves depending on your search. Also, with a simple click of a plus or minus symbol, a model's cam will grow or shrink fluidly without cutting away from the show.
Multiple visits found a range of 180 to 300 models online. The site consists of over 35,000 registered performers and there is a nice variety here, with chubby chicks, slim and blonde barbies, babes with huge hooters, Latinas, Eastern Europeans, older women and coed hotties. There are also men, couples and lesbians. They do offer notifications, so you can know right away when one of your favorites is working.
Most performers have a bio that you can read where you'll find a schedule of when they perform and comments left by previous customers of what they thought of their performances. There are also free pics. There's a section with videos and they are free for the first registration, but after that they are five dollars a month.
After you check out the cool Flash thumbnails, pick one and head into her free show. There, chat with her and see what she's willing to do in a private show. All but one did everything I asked (and without hesitation I might add). The other important thing to check out in the free chat is the quality of the camera, which, I have to say, was a little inconsistent.
You get into the private shows by purchasing tokens and cashing them in. Each performer charges their own rate, but the average came out to around $2.10/minute, which is on the low end of what you'll pay on most cam sites (most models charge 1.6 credits/minute, but the dollar to credit ratio isn't exactly one-to-one).
Some cams had fluid motion and a clear image, while others were choppy and not so clear. Overall, the motion was generally fluid, but the picture quality was average (especially when you made the screen bigger). They have some cams marked as HQ, which they claim are HD. I didn't find that they looked as good as HD, but they did for sure look better than the others, so take that for what you will.
The good news is that the price-per-minute to take a babe into private chat (where they do as you desire) is pretty good. With so many models, if the first one you choose has a poor cam, just move on to the next.
X Love Cam has some pluses. There's a nice variety of models (most of whom are open, friendly and willing to do almost anything to please you) and a reasonable price-per-minute. If there was more consistency in cam quality, then I would highly recommend this one, but since you can check it out for free, you might as well have a look around.
