I wanted to warn you about the $ 1.00 trial subscription to adult.com This was literally the first time where there was no option to cancel online. Instead, you can only cancel by calling a 1-800 number ... AND you can only call that phone number during certain hours. If you call outside of those hours, you'll hear a recording that says that the customer service office is closed and to please call back during normal business hours. THEN .. once you call during those hours, you have to wait on hold for a few minutes. At that point an agent comes on the line and you then have to explain why you're canceling your trial subscription. So ... DON'T WAIT TO CANCEL UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE BECAUSE IT'LL BE TOO LATE AND YOU'LL BE RE-BILLED AT THE FULL PRICE
I second previous comments that this site is TOO DAMNED SLOW. Also, you have to call to cancel during very restricted business hours. Annoying. Bad experience at best.
Great content, but painfully, painfully slow downloads. 2 hours to download a file that i could download from videobox in 10 minutes.
