The 169 videos can be saved as poor-quality Windows Media files or average-quality MPEGs. Not all videos have the MPEG download option, though. Customer support is non-existent. I have been trying to contact them for 4 days: they say response within 24 hours. The billing sucks: they'd be better off with CC Bill, Epoch or such. Really junior varsity operation. I'd rate the site a great deal higher because the content is pretty good. But the lack of customer support and second rate billing system truly suck.
