Making all the right moves. I think the market will drag on the stock for a year or so- with spikes of optimism during the soon to be ackowledged economic recession. The dividend will be over ~$1.00 for the year. starting this Dec. 2007 (~.30). I hope it hits $18 so I have time to accumulate. This is a $75 stock in 5 years with the acquisition of Hilton and others. It is leveraging itself in the fastest growing economies in the world. If India and China are destined to become major powers economically- BX is sure to profit from this. 8/29/07 Highly undervalued.

Personally I bought this stock in the 15s. I still like it now for long term appreciation and decent yield.
