Nasty Fetish Pass is an unusual mega-site, not only because it combines several different fetish sites, but also because it mixes mostly straight porn with one gay and one shemale site. It is rare to see that all in one place and, to be frank, the non-hetero offerings are not actually fetish-themed, but I guess they treat those sites as a fetish in themselves.
Nevertheless, you do get 18 full-access sites in all. However, finding them might not be so obvious. Upon signing in you are presented with a large network of sites and content beyond the NastyFetishPass stuff. To find that content you need to scroll down to the bottom of the main page where the 18 sites are listed.
There are a total of about 470 episodes and photo sets. The galleries have mostly high-res pics, although some of them will have low-res images too. As far as the videos go, the sites have clips and full-length downloads in both Windows Media and MPEG format that offer mediocre to great-looking playback.

As you can see, the biggest issue with the network as a whole is that updates are not always very reliable. All the content is exclusive, though. There are also about 40 other sites that complete the large network. Nasty Fetish Pass offers a nice selection of existing content, but the lack of updates is disappointing and anyone who has already checked it out in the last year needn't bother going back now.
