We were taking bets around the office before I signed into Popp-O-Mat about what the site would be about. There were some pretty creative guesses, from sex set in a Laundromat to bubble gum porn. In the end, however, they were all wrong because it isn't really about anything in particular.

The quality can differ quite a bit from one vid to the next, but it does seem like there are a fair number that offer good-quality playback. If you look around enough, though, you should come across ones that have great and even stellar bit rates.
