There is some nice variety to the scenes as each one has its own storyline, but I use that term loosely. In one episode, I saw Katie head over to a dirty bookstore to film a gloryhole scene. In another, she interviews a black dude for her site and she ends up doing him (big surprise). The adlibbed lines are a bit awkward, but she is a cutie and her nasty/sweetness is quite endearing.

There are some special sets of four-pane pics, which take four screen caps and merge them into one large image.
Updates are weekly, but the site hasn't grown much since our last visit. I guess that maybe older content is removed when new scenes are added. There are no bonus sites. You will see a bunch of links to other sites from the same company, but they're only offered at a discounted trial price. This site's membership is rather high end. Katie Thomas is good-quality site, but it's a bit too pricey.
