I am a big fan of these DVDs so I tried subscribing to the site. It was a big disappointment. There's a lack of videos, and lack of quality in the videos offered. After an hour of subscribing I tried to cancel my account and get a refund. So far, they have refused to speak with me about this. They ignore my emails. This is not good customer service to top off a poor site.
