Video quality is excellent. Some of the movies are split up into clips, while others come in one full-length file. Also, some come in MPEG files, while most that I checked out were in Windows Media format. It doesn't matter, though, because each clip or scene I downloaded looked great and had really high quality. The same goes for the pictures, which are all high-res images.
Unfortunately, the amount of content available really favors the pictures over the videos. So far there are only 13 movies available as opposed to 61 photo sets. Also, it has been quite a few months since any new content was added to this site and, for some reason, there are actually about 15 less picture galleries than there were before.
The content is what I would call mixed softcore. The content looks terrific, but the discontinued updates are a real sour point. The only reason to join Kamilla 18 at this point would be for the access to 13 bonus sites that include Policeman, Sasha Fucks Dasha and Ivana Fukalot.
