Hot Cam Boiz is a great concept but as is often the case, it lacks something in its execution at times. Nevertheless, the pricing simply can't be beat since nobody that I know of, does it for less.

Currently, there are six models available with scheduled in various combinations on various evenings on different days. For example, on Tuesdays, four of the dudes work staggered shifts while on Saturday only one guy does a show. No one begins to be online before 6:30 pm eastern time.

To make up for the lack of performers and the huge gaps in the day when no one is working online, shows are rebroadcast on a loop. There also seems to be unscheduled times throughout the day when a camera might go live to one of the lad's houses without it being an actual planned webcam show. You might just see and empty shot with occasional glimpses of the performer.

For the moment, there are no one-on-one chats offered, although there already is a button in place and a message that reads that HotCamBoiz will be offering private chat options soon. In a way, the lack of personalized one-on-one shows works to one's benefit as it means that all members share in the nudity and stroking that the boys do in their shows and there are no per minute charges to pay.

My biggest issue was with the fact that besides the cams producing typical low quality images, I had issues with some not working for me. The FAQs suggested clearing the browser's cache and disabling any firewall but I tried it at home where I have no firewall and even after clearing the cache, it didn't work. I'm sure that it's merely a question of configuring the correct settings but I wouldn't call it the most user-friendly interface.

Extras include 14 galleries of former performers and 90 archived videos some of which contain hardcore action. The biggest selling point has to be that you pay an incredibly low monthly fee and nothing more for explicit live shows. Scheduling is rather limited for live shows but even if you caught just one a month, you'd still pay less than a typical cam site with per minute rates.
