HD Gay Toons Review

I often feel a homoerotic undercurrent below the surface of a lot of buddy relationships on television shows. Sometimes you find yourself wondering "Will they or won't they?" even when neither dude is gay . And I thought I had finally found the answer when I saw Fred hooking up with Barney on the tour page of HD Gay Toons.

The lover's tryst between Mr. Flintstone and Mr. Rubble isn't the only one you'll see while checking out the tour. You'll also see Daphne looking rather perturbed as she watches Fred wolfing down Shaggy's dick the way Scooby goes nuts for Scooby snacks. And Smithers is all in a dither as he catches Principal Skinner blowing Mr. Burns. It might seem like HDGayToons is a nightmare of copyright infringement.

However, once you get inside, you'll realize that the 107 videos have pretty much zero correlation with the tour, though there is a shower scene with Batman throbbin' up inside Robin's bat cave. What you actually get here is yaoi (Japanese for "boys love"). The scenes aren't very long, with many around the five-minute mark, so you'll be a bit lost as to what's happening plot-wise, despite the English subtitles. Still, you'll see some rather androgynous characters having intimate encounters at some point in each flick. There are also a few 3D animations that look quite realistic, as well as some contemporary toons styled to look like they're from the '60s.

Now, it turns out that across the board the footage is low in quality, but can look decent enough at times. Some of the animated images aren't as affected by the relatively small screen ratios and mediocre bit rates, but I will say that the CGI stuff could look a lot better. Oh, and in case you were wondering, there aren't any pics.

The site hasn't updated for over four months, but as part of the Gay Engage network you're getting access to a good number of other sites, like New York Twinks, Asian Swagger and Amateur Boyfriend. Just keep in mind that quality is an issue with all of the network's sites and because the others feature live-action porn, the footage looks as crappy as its stats would predict.

I'll admit that I quite enjoyed the videos that were made to resemble '60s-style cartoons , because they were clever and entertaining. They also got rather raunchy at times, like when you get an internal view of a gangbanged character's anal canal being filled with load after load of jizz. However, such naughty whimsy isn't enough and I simply can't recommend HD Gay Toons right now.
