Shady Babes Review

My first thought was that the girls on this site had a dark and notorious past. My second thought was that they were all babes who had slept with Eminem. But, alas, neither of those presumptions are true when it comes to these Shady Babes.

In the end, my only thought as to why they called them ShadyBabes is because so much of the content is filmed and photographed outside in hot and exotic locations that the chicks just need to find some shade in order to cool down a little.

The design is good and navigation is not a problem, with the menu bar at the top of the page giving you quick and easy access to the model index as well as the photo and video sections. Also, on the homepage you will always see the latest video and the latest photo gallery.

The content on the site is a mix of sexy nude solo play and nude and semi-nude glamour shots. As for the models themselves the site describes them this way: "We've got new faces, classic glamour/page three or some of the biggest names in the adult modeling industry."

Besides Katie Price I will admit that I didn’t recognize a lot of the chicks, but I am probably not as up on the U.K. babe scene as I would like to be. And they are all quite beautiful, which to me is most important anyway. As is the quality of the content.

And on that note I can tell you that the photos are high-res and downloadable in Zip files while the movies are in HD and they can be streamed and downloaded. One issue I noticed, though, was with the streaming vids and the fact that the player got so big that I had to scroll around to see everything, even when I had the site at full-screen. This is obviously a programming issue that I hope they fix soon.

The collection isn't dated, but the site does mention that they are adding two videos and three photo sets each week and for now I will take their word for it. And finally comes the amount of content, which currently stands at 18 videos and 141 photo sets.

Although there are some movies, the site is really a photo one. Not only are there lots more picture sets and they are updating them more often, but the videos are generally short - some are under 30 seconds - and they just seem secondary to the photography in general.

Given the stiff competition in the sexy/glamour photo-site niche, I feel like Shady Babes still has some growing to do before it will be worth signing up for. Plus, you don't get any bonuses.
