Metrobay Comix Review

Some comic supervillains know that Instadeath ray guns are for special occasions only. If you really want to conquer the world, you join a secret society that's wealthy and powerful enough to pull the governments' strings. Superman and Batman are always two steps ahead of these baddies, but the superheroines of Metrobay Comix are unfortunately two steps behind their own villainous adversaries. The result of the heroes being the underdogs is a lot hotter than you'd expect, though.

MetrobayComix brings you 22 titles that star original superheroines like Pink Pussycat and the Action Cats, Mrs. Metrobay, Valiant Woman, and the superspy team known as the Agents of D.E.S.I.R.E. They're all doing their best to protect Metrobay city from its assorted villains, but more often than not, this leads to a lot of BDSM , hardcore sex and plenty of lesbians . After all, you'd be stupid not to spank and fuck a busty superheroine in full costume once you've captured her, right?

Ninety-nine percent of the content comes in the form of CGI comic books. The other 1% is a handful of chapter covers with variants that are drawn and colored by hand. The stories are fun, but not so light-hearted as to be campy. It's often just like reading a real comic book, only the fight scenes inevitably lead to sex between the villain and the heroine.

There are even several chapters with no nudity whatsoever since they exist solely to advance the plot. Adding up all the individual issues from the 22 titles (plus an archive section) currently gets you 278 comic chapters. Unsurprisingly, there aren't any vids, but that shouldn't be a problem for the target audience, which is to say comic book lovers.

The artwork is sometimes typical of what you'd expect from a CG toon site, but most of the time it's downright fantastic. The pics are all high-res and each chapter gets you a thumbnail gallery. When you click into the image it opens up a slideshow viewer at full size. The only thing that disappointed me about is that sometimes the fonts for the narration and word bubbles are too small. Also, none of the pics can be saved in Zip folders.

I didn't see any dates, but judging by how much the site has grown, updates are about twice a week. Most titles are ongoing, so don't be surprised to be left with a cliffhanger. One thing I like is that when updates do take place, they add an entire chapter instead of just a few pages. Once you take a look at the erotic comics on Metrobay Comix, you'll be instantly hooked and glad you signed up.
