201 Century Mobile Review

It probably seems like an odd name unless you know a bit of Japanese , but this vintage porn site is called 201 Century Mobile . The name comes from the fact that when the number 201 is read aloud in Japanese it can sound as if the person is saying "old" - and by "old century" what they really mean is last century. Granted some of the smut is probably from the 1880s and some from the early '00s.

Although the content is dated (as in they put the date when the scene was added), they don't put the original production dates on anything, so you're left to judge how old a scene is based on what the people are wearing and how their hair is done up. Granted many decades, like the '70s and '80s, positively scream when they were shot based on their wardrobe alone.

The interface does have some worthwhile features built into it, like the scenes are always listed with keyword tags and at times links from the performers to a model index that gives at least a bit of info about the woman. You can rate the content, although there is no way to sort the vids by the ratings people have given.

Probably most impressive is the rather extensive advanced search engine and it might come in handy when you want to find a specific scene that you liked again, because you can't save your favorites. You might find it quite cumbersome to track down anything among the older updates, because you can only skip ahead or back by a single page at a time.

They've added nine DVDs in the last 30 days, bringing the total to 127 DVD and around 635 videos, because each DVD has around five scenes. In my opinion the videos look average, but their age might be partially to blame instead of the quality of the 3GPs and MP4s. There are only vid caps, but they look okay.

Your membership comes with access to the desktop 201 Century, but I have to say that my biggest problem with recommending either version is the price. In the end, 201 Century Mobile is too expensive for what you're getting even if I like the mix of truly vintage porn with some less old-school content that includes a growing number of Asian titles.
